Design Services

Planning
Interior designer will work closely with architectural plans and specifications, as well as, study any clients special needs. Interior designer will consult with client regarding the use of existing furniture and furnishings appropriate for use in new space.  A plan of the area will be developed, along with a budget of specified items.Designer will take physical inventory of existing furniture and furnishings if necessary.

Hard Surface Selections
Designer will specify and/or consult on selections for interior hard surface finishes, example:  floor and ceramic tiles, paint, fabric and wall coverings and any other hard surface finishes and trim required, including built-in finishes such as cabinetry, counters, toilet partitions, etc.  Presentation boards illustrating these selections shall be submitted if necessary, for client approval.

Interior Furnishings and Decorative Accessories
Designer will propose and/or consult on upholstery fabrics, window treatments, carpeting, decorative accessories, etc.

Signage
Design shall include recommendations for signage that will coordinate with the environmental surroundings and colors.

Miscellaneous
Interior designer will supervise installation of furniture and accessories on job site when necessary.
